Investment Professional Biographies

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Finance, Peter K. Aman pursued a career in the investment industry. After an extensive search of “Wall Street” firms, Mr. Aman chose to work with APS Financial. APS Financial was a local broker dealer that specialized in providing high levels of personal service to investors whose investment focus was fixed income products. Mr. Aman decided to focus his attention on the high yield and fixed income markets. He has been a registered rep for over 16 years.

Tony W. Snyder graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a B.A. in 2002. After graduating, Mr. Snyder served as financial advisor for Ameriprise Financial where he rendered investment advice and financial planning services to individuals and businesses. Through the development of detailed financial plans, he helped his clients maintain the desired balance of investment income, capital gains, and acceptable risk through the application of careful asset allocation. Mr. Snyder joined APS Financial in the summer of 2003 where he has served as a broker specializing in all aspects of high yield investments.

Robert E. Gillette graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in 1988. Mr. Gillette graduated from the Atlanta Law School as a Dean Herschel Cole honor graduate in 1992. Mr. Gillette is a member of the Georgia Bar association and is admitted to practice law in the State courts of Georgia as well as the Federal Judiciary. Mr. Gillette has been working with clients in the high yield debt markets since entering the field with APS financial in 1994.




Investors in high-yield products should keep in mind that there is no such thing as a free lunch. The price of receiving above-average income potential is above-average risk of substantial price declines. Even though returns on high-yield securities historically have compensated the investor for the additional risk, there is no guarantee this will be true in the future.
